Of course, how bad you get pummeled depends directly on how much control the black belt in context has, or possibly how angry you make him before hand. I've sparred black belts in the past... It is very humbling. I think everyone should do it at least once. The BB i am sparring has loads of control. I feel bad for him.... i might end up hurting him. LOL but i hope not. I may have hated it many times, and have been injured (by accident) on ocassions, but I benifitted from it immensely skill wise and in learning humility. OSU!
