aefibird Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 I like bonsai trees, but I've never tended one. I would like to, though, as my mum has them and I know how beautiful they are. krzychicano Posted February 11, 2005 Posted February 11, 2005 Anyone have any links to where you can possibly have some delivered to you or something like that? What the superior man seeks is in himself; what the small man seeks is in others. - Confucius
seersin Posted February 15, 2005 Posted February 15, 2005 ^^^ I was gonna ask that, how do ya go about getting them? ISAIAH 53:5
senna_trem Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 They are cute little things, now I want one! I saw one in the mall that was probably half a foot across but only a foot high. It was very comical... and not for sale. "I think therefore I am" Rene Descartes
Ted T. Posted February 16, 2005 Posted February 16, 2005 Look in the phone book for nurseries and start phoning them, asking about bonsai. Google for local bonsai clubs. Good luck, Ted TruscottThe Raising Canes Club
Davison Posted February 18, 2005 Posted February 18, 2005 I have had three bonsai trees and I've had absolutly no luck with them . They just dry up and die. I started to feel bad that I couldn't take care of them so I gave it up. I bought A bamboo plant and it is much easier to take care of. Why punch someone when their on the ground when you can just kick them
Ted T. Posted February 18, 2005 Posted February 18, 2005 What if you gave up after losing your first three sparring matches??? I know even a 'little' death is depressing but try again. Just do better next time. Don't repeat your mistakes, learn from them and grow. Get a new tree and every time you eat, spill a little water onto it. Every Sunday morning, put it , pot and all, in a baisin of water. It'll thrive and so will you! Ted TruscottThe Raising Canes Club
