Well judging on how you say that your arms and legs dont feel like a part of you,it could be that you are wildly swinging your arms and legs to try to hit the opponent. It could be that or either your form needs to have a bit of a clean up.

do more meditation, this will go away (along with many other things getting better)

I am not wildly swinging at all i am pretty good at sparring. I think it is the gloves make me feel different or uncomfortable.

It's not the gloves, it's probably because you think about it while you're fighting..you notice it, therefore ya think about it. Tell your sensei to watch yo fight and ask him for any suggestions...it's 100% mental..have fun though.

What glvoes do you wear exactly? boxing? bag gloves?

Ive trained with weighted boxing gloves.

My arms felt like it was a chain..and my fists were the ball.

that coulb be the reason why.

To me those are the size of sock em bopers...but feel like they are blocks of cements around my hands.

I normally train with 14oz...but going barehand to wearing something can still make a big difference to you no matter what size they are.

It could also be that your mind is ready for the material but your body hasnt absorbed it or adjusted to some of the moves.
