Where you call out like "a dog is chaing you" and they have to run as fast as they can. Or like "Tree" They have to duck. Then like a fence. They have to jump. "cars" they have to * from side to side...and when you are not calling ne thing out they are running in place. Determination + Disciplin + Strength - Fear = ONE BLACK BELT!
