:lol: not those kinds of supplements. but thanks, i'll look into it. i meant supplemental training methods that helped along with developing strong legs capable of taking a lot of abuse.

of course time, but what kinda supplemental training (do u think) will give u an edge

 

like he said... time. part of the problem alot of people have today is they want everything instantly... conditioning takes time.
