YODA Posted January 27, 2002 Posted January 27, 2002 The BEST martial art for you is "Blood Talon Fu". Now for the hard part - YOU have to figure out what that involves - and that will take a lifetime YODA2nd Degree Black Belt : Doce Pares Eskrima https://www.docepares.co.ukQualified Instructor : JKD Concepts https://www.jkdc.co.ukQualified Fitness Instructor (Weights, CV, Circuit, Kinesiology)
Karateka Posted January 27, 2002 Posted January 27, 2002 Its not the martial art, its the martial artist. "Never hit a man while he's down; kick him, its easier"Sensei Ron Bagley (My Sensei)
YODA Posted January 27, 2002 Posted January 27, 2002 Yup - that's what I was getting at. The key to "what art is best for YOU" - is YOU! Phantasmatic Posted January 28, 2002 Posted January 28, 2002 I agree with Karateka and YODA, it is the martial artist and not the martial art. Thai boxing is a good style, but you cant determine wheter it is any better than any other style of martial art. "Which one is more foolish, the fool or the fool who follows him?" - Obi Wan Kenobi
