Size does not matter

Recommended Posts

I say to that - size matters. My favorite example of this is Paul Wight. 7'4", 500 pounds, can hurl a 300 pound man with one hand, or two 200+ pound men simultaneously, one in each hand. I would seriously question the ability of someone who is 200 pounds to take on a man like that.

Even I, megalomaniacal as I may be, would think twice about picking a fight with someone that large.

but remember people like rey mesterio jr. and dean malenko defeated paul wright before and there 175-200 pounds. Plus Paul Wright knows martial arts.

Yeah, but that's scripted. I'm going simply on the fact that the guy has demonstrated the ability to hurl 300 pound men with relative ease.

yo warp,

i think it's clear from his other posts that the kid doesn't quite understand that wwe is fake...

post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.

Anyone who says size doesn't matter has never been punched by someone that is big and strong. Size is not always the determining factor, but don't ever say it doesn't matter!

Skill CAN overcome size. Speed and knowledge and many other things can overcome size. But, all things being equal, bigger people beat up littler people, if for no other reason than their size and weight can be brought to bear on their opponent with very little effort on their part. The reason we have to learning MA is so important is that, frequently we need this training to even the tables when matched with a bigger opponent.
