I'm talking throws in English cos I don't know the japanese names - I know striking in Japanese - but not throwing! lol (Plus thes are Ju Jitsu throws - which I know are similar....but here they are...)

Top throws:

Hip Throw (Simple but effective

Spring Hip (Harder to do but even more effective)

Outer Reaping (Which is Osoto Gari - I think)

Knee Wheel (Takes out their knee and slams the back of their head into ur knee!)

and my fave to do - although it is very "hollywood" is:

Shoulder Wheel! (Cos it is devastating!)

While I like some Judo style throws, I'd personally feel better doing a wrestling take-down; single or double leg or taking his back. With that said, if a guy ever snuck up on me or got on my back, I'd probably go for a standard hipthrow. However, even facing the guy, if we clinched or I just saw the opportunity, I'd love to just toss a guy with a "head and arm" throw (I don't know the official name), those really let you slam the guy into the ground.
