Well...do you like swinging things? Nunchukus might be for you. Do you like having a long reach and direct strikes and smooth flowing swings? Bo might be for you. etc. etc.. etc...Is there anything you really like or want to try? I use the sai, and that is my weapon of choice, bu I do practice some bo and nunchukus too..soon to learn some sword as well.

Umm..not quite sure of any sai video-clip sites, as I've looked for myself quite a bit of times and couldn't find any, but I'll try and find something for ya. Sais are a great weapon to learn, quite flashy, I wouldn't say they're "hard" to learn they're just something most people are not used to..but as with anything else it will come with time

The bo is a fairly common weapon. It is easy to find people who teach it, albeit with varying degrees of practicality and effectiveness.
