Good Idea or too specialized?

That is way to specialized. It is basically just self defense with a bike helmet on. You could use some of it for a self defense class but if you teach the class right then it works if you are in a car or on a bike or in a plane. I can't see making a whole self defense class just around riding a bike.

I guess it could come in handy for couriers. However I can't see enough couriers rushing to the class to justify it. Who knows.

I did something similar to that when I did security (bike patrol during the summer). It was part of my training. I learned everything they mentioned on that video. It did come in handy. But I don't know if it will catch on or not. It may be too specialized.

It's a good idea in theory, but I can't see it catching on - too specialised IMO.
