Squawman Posted January 20, 2005 Share Posted January 20, 2005 That is way to specialized. It is basically just self defense with a bike helmet on. You could use some of it for a self defense class but if you teach the class right then it works if you are in a car or on a bike or in a plane. I learned everything they mentioned on that video. It did come in handy. But I don't know if it will catch on or not. It may be too specialized.
