First thing is to have confidence. Once you have confidence, then combine it with your concentration. After adjusting them, strike the brick with the combination of confidence, concentration, and your current skills.

Breaking boards and bricks is kind of cheesy! People who swear by it say that it is a method of building power; however most good boxers out there can hit harder than Martial Artists and they don't encorporate board or brick breaking in their training.

It's nothing mystical or anything - it is just physics. If you hit something properly, it'll break.
