I received an email today announcing USSSA Taekwondo. Have any of you heard of it or belong to it. The email began:

USSSA Taekwondo is up and running! While USSSA Taekwondo is new, USSSA is NOT! The United States Specialty Sports Association boasts over 5 million members, and is the largest multi-sport organization in the world.

There's a lot of useful information located on the web site at https://www.usssa.com

including the 2005 competition rules, membership information, insurance

benefits, tournaments, and much more.

It then went on to list the benifits. Any comments? :-?

I used to umpire softball for the USSSA and it is a very well organized group. They are extremely strict on their training of referees and umpires. They are a very large group that covers alot of different sports.

They are pretty good and I look forward to seeing how they work out.

Well I don't know much about them but their website is very well organized and has tons of info. I doubt it's a scam.
