I listen to calm things before I fight, being in the right mind set through anger isn't benifical to getting the job done. Being focused is everything, negative focus is not what you need.

Don't have a particular song yet (would love one), but one time, my sensei played "Relax," by Frankie Goes to Hollywood while we were warming up! I remember trying not to laugh. :D

BTW, HumanTyphoon, I love "Numb!" :)

And The Saint, "We Will Rock You" sounds like a great song to work out to. You can punch along to the rhythm!

I like songs "Thunderstruck" and "Back in Black" by AC/DC. Drowning pool's CD is alright, and so is Linkin Park's. I actually like to meditate before I begin, and then after I end so I guess you could say that either silence or the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon soundtrack softly playing are part of my workout track as well.

"Not Listening"-Papa Roach

"Step Up"-Drowning Pool

These are good songs for getting pumped up before a fight, you might like to listen to them while training to.
