Last time we saw an Australian turnaround during a tournament like this was in the World Cup ; need i say more. But Im rooting for New Zealand  ...

What can I say about Chris Cairns - (bow down) Man he's awesome...I reckon he's the best allrounder in the world rite now.

hey..how did a soccer discussion get turned into a cricket discussion (spits)?

Anyho, I think canada is gunna own this summer (...why did everyone suddenly start laughing? :???:).

Seriously, me thinks (hopes) that Brazil will win. The problem is that lately I have not been following soccer as faithfully as I used to and am a little clueless about the balance of power in the sport.

All of us cricket fanatics know that all roads lead back to Steve Waugh and his boys, but never mind.

I can't wait for the World Cup. I'd just like to be able to barrack for Australia for once instead of Italy, although 1982 was a great time for the Australian/Italian community!

I guess France and Argentina will be favorites, with Italy and Brazil on the next lines, even after the South American qualifiers.

Brazil always give you the impression of being sleeping giants.
