Guest Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 A friend of mine is a member of Shihan Ellis' karate school, as he is the current chairman I was wondering what the current perception of NAKMAS is as a governing body and If anyone knows of Shihan Ellis and his work.
