Age Limit:

I started in Okinawan Goju-Ryu Karate at the tender age of 45. I am now 50 and going to test for Shodon soon. I got into it because a friend of mine says it is a great way to stay in shape.

Thank you all

goju-dave

Good luck, goju-dave. :)

Yes, good luck goju-dave for your forthcoming Shodan test. :)

Age doesn't matters when it comes to karate and it is also good if you started early, but don't worry you'll be fine.. early birds learn early karate (???)

Think of your hands and feets as a sword, just don't apply it on foods.

age shouldnt matter as long as you train hard

I start when I was 32. So don't feel bad. I'm doing martial arts for about 6 years and I'm loving it.
