The best person to teach is someone who didn't believe in a thing you said, and then changed his opinion because of what you taught them.

It can be the students who in the beginning don't seem to promising that turn out to be gems.

The best students are those that don't miss any classes and are respectful. Everything else can be taught to them.

One thing that bugs me about a particular student who I have classes with is that he chews gum, which I find irritating outside of a dojo and plain disrespectful inside a dojo.
