orion82698 Posted September 30, 2005 Share Posted September 30, 2005 Well, I would have to say no music for Forms. But, music for warm-ups and for sparring. I would even go as far as to say play recordings of crowds cheering and shouting. This will teach the students to tune out noises and concentrate on their opponent.Personally, at home... I train to music. It get's me pumped (during warm-ups, stretching, and practice of kicking, punching and such). However, during forms, I don't.
