strangepair03 Posted January 1, 2005 Share Posted January 1, 2005 I think if you do video training for evaluation and correction only then great...if you are doing it for promotion/advancement not so good, if you only practise kata and never hit or more importantly, get hit you don't know if what you learned will work or how you will react under the pressure of attack/defence.
