I have some of wong's qi books. they're rather exhaustive in thier description of "how to".

he'll probably tell you the secret is qi and buy some more indeapth qi books.

but yeah, he's a legitimate qiqong sifu.

Ah! Mantis Grasshopper, i think you would do very nicely on a bowl of rice!

Oh, I'm not buying the book because I beleive it will reveal me the "secrets" about whatever :) . Read the "preview" over amazon and found it interesting.

Also bought Shaolin Lohan Kung-Fu by P'Ng Chye Khim, Donn F. Draeger cause I do mitsun lohan and the book is co-written by Donn F. Draeger (a famous hoplologist).

Best part is that I'm not paying :) x-mas gift!

I have this book. It's a good read. I've no experience in anything Chinese, so i can't really say how much of it is real, but it's a good read.

It kinda got boring - to me - about the middle when it starts trying to tell me how i should react to different strikes. Most of the counters don't seem to realistic, but there was a lot of historical information that i liked.

i recommend it.
