What's your most hated or killer excersise in training?

 

We train in a gymnasium, and unfortunately it has ropes at one side at full lenght. And if there are ropes, they have to be climbed. I officially hate climbing ropes :kaioken: . Its darn hard. I hate them more then pushups. Maybe cause I'm bad at it :-? . Luckily girls may use their legs as well to climb them, otherwise I wouldn't be able to get at the top of it once, not talking about several times.

RUNNING!! RUNNING IS EVIL!

 

I'll do pushups, pullups, chinups, situps, crunches, V-ups, burpies, leg raises, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, rope climbing, ANYTHING BUT RUNNING!!

We move up and down the dojo floor in a low,low horse stance for 40 minutes on our "conditioning nights"..sets the legs on fire!!! :kaioken:

Those look pretty aweful.... I can't wait to add them to the warm up!
