Has anyone ever seen a martial arts movie called Iron and Silk, and if so, how did you like it.

I never seen the movie, but I readed the book, it's not bad. Personally, I have a friend who has very similar experience. At first I thought, Iron Silk is a book he wrote under different name, but it's not him.

What's it about?

It's about a guy went to China to learn Chinese culture, and martial arts (he also teaches). He also learned the importance of internal power of Chinese Martial art.

I also haven't seen the movie, but did read the book, and thought it was definitely worth reading.
