The Saint
Any kick that lands clean, is my favorite. My most useful kicks are sidekicks and back kicks. I like the switch away back kick and a nice hook kick too. "Pain is the best instructor, but no one wants to go to his class." Kicks
I thought I was your favorite "Kicks" Actually, when attacking: 1. fake front kick then roundhouse to head (same leg) 2. same leg double roundhouse, first to mid section, second to head (see photo http://www.karateforums.com/album_pic.php?pic_id=304) 3. skip side kick (with leg closest to opponent) then back kick before side kick leg touches the ground. when defending or counter attacking: 1. from open stance, back kick to counter a rear leg roundhouse 2. from closed stance, back kick or spinning kick to counter a front leg roundhouse 3. from any stance, stop side kick (leg nearest opponent) to stop any kind of attack when you create the world's largest trailer park, you're going to have tornadoes

karatekid1975
Hook kick to the head and back kick are my favorite sparring techniques. My favorite overall kick is wheel kick. I seen you spar. I would have to say that is (hook) is your fav Anyways, for sparring, anything off of the front leg. I learned front leg kicks in TSD, and most TKD people don't expect it Some of my sparring buddies are catching on, though .... ooops LOL For fun, I like the 360 roundhouse, roundhouse - jump hook combo, and a plan ol' simple side kick (my fav kick lately for some odd reason ).
