White_Tiger
Do any of you own multiple schools? If so, how do you manage both locations? Appoint one of your assistant instructors to run the smaller location, or go back and forth between the two?
AngelaG
Our school has 4 dojo - 3 of them full time centres. We have our chief instructor who takes classes at all 4, and 3 full time instructors and a few part tiem instructors (I currently fit into that category). karatekid1975
We have three schools in all. The main one (I attend) has an office geek ..... I mean, manager (sorry, I don't like him .... too pushy). The master instructor stays here mainly. The other two have two of our three senior black belts (3rd dans ... I think). I think one may also have an office manager. They all have regular meetings with our master instructor. And He does visit the other two schools now and then. The red and black belt tests are done here only. Laurie F
