pyeman,

Yes, I do.

His name is George E. Anderson. 10th Dan is usually the rank reserved for the political head of an orginization. This is also true of him. He is the head of the Kwanmuzendokai (Kan mu kan for short). Usually, any rank over the accepted "master or guru" rank (5th degree w/in the kwanmukan) is political or honorary in nature.

Is there a reason you ask this question?

I'm a 4th dan, my son's a 4th, and my daughter is a 2nd. Added together and we're a 10th. :P

Same dan as your son, aren't you ashamed of yourself??!

Hehhe don't worry I'm just kidding (actually, you should be proud of your son :) )

Damn, when I'll have kids I hope I'll get them interested in MA...heck I hope I'll still be doing MA.

I havent met any the highest rank that I know is my head teacher who lives in Japan he is an 8th. As far as I know the 9th and 10th ranks seem to be political or seniority.
