hey im a 17/m/uk

 

and basically the problem is ive done kickboxing for 3 years but recently before christmas i got lazy and went off training can anyone put me together a good training plan which i can stick to on a daily basis

 

i want it to last at least a hour

 

and want it to focus on speed and flexibility

 

as i overturn alot on my sidekicks a few good stretches and techniques would be very helpful

Take a look around throughout the fourm. There are several training plans others have setup for themselves, and asked for input on. They might give you some ideas.

be dedicated,

 

i do 8-10 hours a week trainin with mondays rest

 

if your serious then i suggest fitting in about 1hr 30min a day, with a least a day rest,

 

it doesnt have to be long

 

but once you get stuck to a rountine, then increasing time will be easy and you will benefit in physical terms enormously :wink:
