Well it is all a matter of who you are drinking with. If you are with your friends you most likely won't get into violence (even though possible). Although i don't drink anymore because it goes agaisnt my training, i would never have gotten drunk with people i didn't know well/felt comfortable with. It is also possible to drink without getting drunk, a concept some people can't seem to understand.

me, id choke a guy out or something if i thought he was abusing his wife. of course, i dont make decisions like that when drunk, so....

Kicks, that guy that had died, was a good friend of my brother. Short world. And yes, from what my brother had told me, the grandpareants are trying for custody.

Wow kicks, I'm sorry for your lose. You should try to push this as a homicide, get a private detective or something on it. Its horrible. My girlfriend curses me out on a weekly basis (I'm not gonna lie) but that is a big difference because we don't fist fight. Horrible depressing story though. Are you sure this wasn't a set up on your friend?
