Well, that's a new one to me... all these years I thought that "BAR" was a place one went to for alcoholic drinks... :wink: :P

 

SHHHHH... no BAR is Body Alarm Reaction. That way when you tell your Sensei you are going to study the BAR all weekend he is well impressed with your dedication to your martial art. When you crawl in half dead on Monday he just thinks you've been over training. Cool hey?
