G Money Slick
How long do you spend stretching daily to gain flexibility in your legs? How long does it take to aquire a significant gain in flexibility? If your enemy refuses to be humbled......you must destroy him.
Jerry
If you can stretch for 30 minutes every morning and then stretch at your dojo as well, you should be able to see a difference in a few months (2-3). To be totally flexible in my opninion will take in the region of 1 year, if you stretch right and propper. This will aso help to get those legs loose ... http://www.karateforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=174943&highlight=#174943 "You do not truly know someone until you fight him." - Seraph"To be the best, you must be the best." - Me
Budderfly
One thing I try to do is find oppertunities to stretch. For example, when I brush my teeth in the morning, I do it in horse stance for the full two minutes. While I am waiting for food to heat up in the microwave, I'll stretch my legs by putting my foot on the counter and touching my toes. While watching TV, I'll go in the splits. The possabilities are endless.
