username9 Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I still think my gi is best - Jacket is sky-blue-pink with yellow dots on! Pants are see-through mesh and the belt is in fact a row of fairy lights! ROCK N ROLL! (In fact My actual gi is a decidedly off-white with various unsavoury stains!!!!)
Flying Tiger Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 I prefer simple a white gi, although I do have a pretty strong urge to wear tabis and a black gi sometimes. That never fails to make me feel like a super-secret ninja assassin of doom The greatest clarity is profound silence.
Shane Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 YOU SEE WHATS GOING ON HERE. All of these different uniforms and all the different uniform standards for all the different schools is just to much, that is why we train nude and my dojo. Of course I'm only kidding, I want you all to know this so my private message area doesnt fill up asking where we are located. We have always worn black uniforms, but now that I have my own school we train mainly in thai shorts with my schools t-shirt for kickboxing and our jujitsu class trains the same but sometimes with gi top and belt. Chirath Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 My Gi is partially pink. My red belt mixed with it
ncole_91 Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 A nice black heavyweight gi always looks better than a lightweight white gi........ Maybe some different colours, a nice red
aefibird Posted October 19, 2004 Posted October 19, 2004 I once owned a pale-blue gi, thanks to a rogue sock lurking in the washing machine. I also have one gi that is white with a red collar... from where my hair dye leaked out of my hair, 'cos I was sweating so much!! "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..."
