Kurosawa is awesome!

 

Hope you liked Rashomon. You guys should all see it. Brilliant movie.

 

And yes, you'll love Yojimbo and it's sequel - Sanjuro.

 

I also recommend Ran, which has the best photographed battle scene I've ever seen, and is a splendid movie all throughout.

 

There's also The Hidden Fortress - which was a major inspiration source for Star Wars.

 

Other great movies of his that I've seen are Ikiru and Red Beard (no fights though, be advised well, almost no fights)

 

I hear good things about Kagemusha and Dersu Uzala, but haven't had a chance to see them.

 

In truth, I'd watch any Kurosawa movies I can get my hands on, if I were you.

 

They've started stocking some of them at video stores, since new DVD's have been coming out on Criterion Collection. Just look around through foreign movies section.
