Joecooke007 Posted December 30, 2001 Posted December 30, 2001 Does anyone here take hapkido? I've seen demonstrations and they are very interesting. It seems to me that Hapkido is a system with lots of locks and kicks. Can anyone further my knowledge on this type of martial art. Boards don't hit back. -Bruce Lee
SaiFightsMS Posted December 31, 2001 Posted December 31, 2001 Joe Hapkido is a Korean style. It includes joint locks and throws as well as kicks and punches. Here in the forum the best place to ask this question is to go into the tae kwan do forum.
Angus Posted December 31, 2001 Posted December 31, 2001 I've done KapHiDo before, but go to http://www.kickboxing.com and look up hapkido down the left hand side. It's got some good explanations there. Angus Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear.
