Kevin K. Posted October 15, 2004 Author Posted October 15, 2004 Osu Kevin, We have a few fighters coming to the Alabama tournament in December. I think all are fighting full-knockdown, not semi-knockdown though. ET Osu to you as well. You didn't happen to be at the "summer camp" at the beach this past summer did you? I was there as were I believe a few San Fran guys. I hope to fight in the Dec. tournament but broke a bone if my hand last week (outside the dogo) so if all goes well and the doc sais it's alright, I'll be entering. Red J Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 I get into the dojo 3-4 times a week and spend another 3 days on running, calestenics and stretching. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
Karate-addict Posted October 17, 2004 Posted October 17, 2004 I try to train every day; 3 times a week in the Dojo for 2 hours, 4 times a week at home or outdoors in a park; running, streching, hitting heavy bag, kata and tehnics from kata, arm and leg conditioning.........etc hara wo neru
ShotokanKid Posted November 17, 2004 Posted November 17, 2004 usually 3 times a week, if not more. "What we do in life, echoes in eternity.""We must all fear evil men. But there is another kind of evil which we must fear most, and that is the indifference of good men."
