I think so (It's been a while since I've seen Heian Sandan...Pinan Sandan doesn't have those snaps). I was referring to that, as well as the fact that most all of the stepping in the Naihanchi kata can be perceived as stomps or kicks (and indeed, many kata are the same way).

If I had to choose one between my favourites Hangetsu is the one ! but sochin ,Gankaku,Nijushiho,Kankudai are the one's I like . :)

At the moment Pinan Godan is my favorite, but it's bound to change.....

I like Empi, has anyone done that kata. However I cant really decide on an all time favourite.

I love chinto...but to watch, I would have to say any Uechi-Ryu kata....I would love to study that style one day.....Just wish I could find it in North Jersey :D

My favorite kata to watch is either Anan, or Gojyushiho(shito version). To perform maybe Chatanyara Kushanku or Suparimpai.
