47MartialMan Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 i like his outfits But do you like his method?
Drunken Monkey Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 do you? post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
Drunken Monkey Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 i can't really answer that question. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
Drunken Monkey Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 because i don't know his methods. what i can comment on is that i'm not too keen on how he seems to have focused everything on 'selling' things. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
47MartialMan Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 Yes, a lot of MA's have a tendancy to "sell".
Drunken Monkey Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 well, have you looked at his website? even the full history is offered for sale. surely something like that should be available to the public. i can say that a lot of the names he offers up are legit as it were. i really have little knowledge of the monkey styles. not something that appeals to me. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
47MartialMan Posted October 3, 2004 Posted October 3, 2004 Yeah, I have been "following" this guy from long ago. I had seen him on media "specials". Does he have skill? Yes. Is it skill that can be used in a hard combat? I don't know.
Ricochet Posted October 4, 2004 Author Posted October 4, 2004 ...which brings us back to square one. It just sounded interesting, is all. Learning from books and videos isn't really my thing, anyway. I need real classes. I was mostly just curious. So, DM - if you're not into the monkey styles, why the name? Curiosity again, you know.
