For example, three of the arts that I have studied, are not available this way. So, in order to have a reference, for any reason, a record is best. Also I need to ensure that my feet are firmly planted before I punch. Chi Sao was tough but I think my technique is improving. When doing Lao Sao trap it was correctly pointed out: 1. Dont need to grab very deep. ......" All points for myself to remember, work on, or note my positive progress.
