dont know any sites off the top of my head, do a google or yahoo search, I did do some training in it back when i was in california up around san francisco

Good Luck this is a very interesting martial art with alot of history that you can research from most of the large search engines such as yahoo, msn, google, etc.

Hi Shane, grandmasterchen. thank you for your assistance. I appreciated it. I of course checked out Google before posting, I hate wasting time. I had posted this enquiry to see if there were some more sources. It seems the visitors and members here are just a little more knowledgeable than pigeoning algorithms.
