Hey there and welcome! The only advice I have to give is to keep trying and never give up, as it will all come with time and perseverance. When you start to spar, do it as much as you can, so you get used to it - I used to be terrified of it but I would go to sparring sessions and am now asking people to hit me harder, as I know from experience that it's nothing to be afraid of. And when sparring don't try to be a tough guy/girl, as Ken said. Focus on your technique and watch what your opponent is doing, then wait for an opening and go in and get them! Good luck! :grin:

 

 

If you think something small cannot make a difference - try going to sleep with a mosquito in the room.
