DLopez Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Ms. "I Already Have A Boyfriend" You know, that sounds more like a challenge than just an FYI! Hey, all's fair in love, and she may just want to see if you really want to be with her bad enough to "steal" her from her current guy. It's up to you to play it if you got game. As for the engineering course work, engineering was not a "natural gift" for me, and even though I had to work quite hard to learn all the math required, I am doing quite well with it now as all the "hard work" is behind me. Just remember that keeping your GPA up is what will attract the most interest from prospective employers with the best job offers. And you can take that to the bank. shotochem Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 Try joining some of the clubs your school has to offer. You can find someone with a common interest. Another place I notice that always contains a large amount of persons of the female persuasion is the laundry or the supermarket. Hey, we all have to eat and wash our clothes. Pain is only temporary, the memory of that pain lasts a lifetime.

aefibird Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 if i were, say, in england for some reason and decided to hit on aefibird, i'd look at her kanji tattoo and say "hey, i like your tattoo, what does that mean?" or "hey, i dig that, is there a story behind that?" or something to that end. because people can drone on about their ink for hours. Heh heh, if I ever have a guy from Wisconsin come up to me and ask me about my tattoos then I'll know it's you! "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." delta1 Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 ahhhh, software engineer.... explains the lack of girls. Dang, Monkey, you get ornery when you are drunk! engineering? mechanical? structural? civic? And a little silly, too... 'civic engineers' are called Urban Planners and/or politicians. Did you, perchance, mean civil? You really have to turn me on to whatever you're drinking! Freedom isn't free!
aefibird Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 You really have to turn me on to whatever you're drinking! It'll be the British beer... miles better than that nasty stuff you serve up in America.... lol, just kiddin' "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..." Hey, all's fair in love, and she may just want to see if you really want to be with her bad enough to "steal" her from her current guy. It's up to you to play it if you got game. If she will leave her boyfriend for you then she will leave you for someone else. Players try to act like it doesn't matter when a girl cheats on them, but it gets to them. As tempting as it is, it's good to stay away from girls that are willing to cheat. Especiallly if you are prone to jelousy.
DLopez Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 It'll be the British beer... miles better than that nasty stuff you serve up in America.... lol, just kiddin' You may have us on beer (some brands, not all. I'm keen on Shiner Bock brewed here in Texas), give me a call when you Brits figure out how to make a decent Margarita. If you were here I could whip some up for y'all! As tempting as it is, it's good to stay away from girls that are willing to cheat. Leaving someone for someone else isn't cheating... technically. As long as it's a clean break. Now, seeing two people at the same time? That's cheating, unless it's by mutual consent. DeanDahn Boh Nim - Black-Brown BeltKuk Sool Won"Dream as if you'll live forever. delta1 Posted September 10, 2004 Posted September 10, 2004 If she will leave her boyfriend for you then she will leave you for someone else. Well, this is not necessarily a bad thing for a guy in college. If you are married, different story. But unless there's a promise or comitment of some kind, it's not cheating. And I've had girlfriends (one in particular) that made me verry happy by fooling around 'behind my back'! As Mel Gibson said just before he died as Wallace: "FREEEEDOMMMME!!!!!!!!!!!" Freedom isn't free!
