So would you consider chi-i-do one of the ultimate styles in martial arts?

Again.....Chi-I-Do isnt a "style"....its an organization. I am not currently a member, I trained with them several years ago. It is however, the "highest level" of Goju instruction available anywhere.

My dojo, used to be located in the suburbs of NYC.....I had to unfortunately close it due to a very bad divorce, and a vindictive ex mother in law (LOL). I sent all of my students that wished to continue their training to this organization through one of my closest friends who is an instructor in this organization.

i kinda understand the reasons behind the 'odd' name.....

i mean, think back to what it was like in those days.

everyone needed a 'spin' to draw new students and keep things going strong.

from what i'm hearing here,

it is good stuff, right?

post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.

Chi-I-Do is probably the most orthodox teaching of Goju Ryu in the country in not the world....Master Ong is one of the most highly respected Goju Ryu Masters in the world, recognized by the Yagi family of Okinawa as such. He is unbelievable and unparrallelled in his depth of knowledge and his ability to perform.
