Rotten Head Fok Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 Hello everyone, today I am moving to a big city! I do not when I will be able to post again, but I'm not going to disappear. Hopefully I will be able to join the Tiger Kung Fu Academy in Reno, Nevada (USA) and once again learn Choy-Li-Fut Kung Fu under a great Sifu! I wish you all the best of training, study, and practice! (Repitition is the Mother of all Skills) Patrick; Great Martial Arts Website, thank you! Spin; keep on working on your flashy techniques ! Best wishes to all of you, try and play nice, and don't take any wooden nickles! You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.

gheinisch Posted September 4, 2004 Posted September 4, 2004 I hope you're not out of action for too long. You have become a very good poster in a short amount of time. Good luck with your move. I hope everything goes smoothly for you. battousai16, here's a link explaining the history of the wooden nickel. Something about a bank running out of money and making there own out of wood. I wonder if that would work with my creditors? http://www.wooden-nickel.net/history/ "If your hand goes forth withhold your temper""If your temper goes forth withold your hand"-Gichin Funakoshi

Rotten Head Fok Posted September 10, 2004 Author Posted September 10, 2004 I am here in Reno, and no D I don't think that it's a huge city, but thanks for the motivational comment. I've seen all types of styles and schools, Choy-li-fut, Tai Chi Chuan, BJJ, Aikido, and I was lucky enough to goto the Reno 2004 Tai Kwan Do Championships! I will be back!
