bluetiger Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 I found a new style of MA I would like to study. Just wanted to get your opinion of whether or not it would be effective SD. It's called Sum Ting Wong and apparently a lot of us on here are very well versed in most of the aspects of this style. Any advice?
gcav Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 I don't know, something doesn't seem right about Sum Ting Wong. But I do know some female MAs who like to study Sum Yung Guy. Train like your life depends on it....Because it does.
wing chun kuen man Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 As for me, I wouldn´t mind Sum Yung Chick either Seriously though I have never heard of this new style. I hope someone can enlighten us. Wing Chun Kuen Man Real traditional martial arts training is difficult to find.....most dojos in the west are Mcdojos....some are better and some are worst....but they are what they are....do you train in one?

Rotten Head Fok Posted September 2, 2004 Posted September 2, 2004 Funny! You must be stable and balanced in your foot work, if you have to use your martial knowledge in combat, your intent should be to win. If you do strike, you must release great power! The martial arts are easy to learn, but difficult to correct.
