TOMMY BEE Posted December 24, 2001 Posted December 24, 2001 I have not seen those fights. I really have not seen too many of his early fights when he was in his prime except for one of the last PKA fights that was held on PPv in the early 1990's. He has fought about 3 times since then and I was at all of those fights in Atlanic city. He fought Jose Pena iin 1994 12 rd decission win, Gotcha in 1997 5 rd decission win and Devon Cormack in 1998 5 rd draw. All where tough fights. He probably got some decissions that he should not have gotten in the last 2 fights but he is A legend in this area and desrves alot of respect. It would be good if he continued to train more fighters like Paul Guitirez as he is A talented young fighter. tommybeeatafc@yahoo.comhttps://www.ringoffirekickboxing.com

Prodigy-Child Posted March 21, 2002 Posted March 21, 2002 if kickboxing wants more exposure we gotta get the media to broadcast more......that which is not happening right now i think that a bunch of martial arts sanctioning bodies should come together and make up a martial arts channel on tv and play kickboxing/muay thai and mixed martial arts events........only that way we can get the exposure we want You can boo me if you want, You know I'm right!-Chris Rock
ad Posted March 21, 2002 Posted March 21, 2002 how about kung fu in the china olympics a possibility perhaps?? Brown Sash Hsing I/Lau Gar Kung FuBrown Belt San Shou17 yr oldhttp://www.selfdefencehelp.co.uk
Bretty101 Posted March 22, 2002 Posted March 22, 2002 I think instead of WTF in the olympics it should be ITF. would be far better for the sport and spectators will go mad for it (4 points jump kick to body, 5 points jump kick to head). Maybe add sweeps go freestyle, then it's open to all, TKD kickboxing anyone. Olypic freestyle hmmm sounds like figure skating Bretty
