I hate shadow boxing, I always lose. :cry:

If you have a partner try this. In a dark room face a wall with your partner behind you. He blinks a flashlight on the wall to one of several targets; lower left, middle left, upper left, above head, upper right, middle right, or lower right. You set a predetermined technique to throw for each location. For example, he flashes to the lower right, so you do a front kick to an imaginary knee. A flash to the upper left could be a left hand block followed by a right cross; upper right could be a roundhouse kick, etc.

 

Increase the frequecy of flashes as you get better reaction times.

 

We did this with a strobe light......
