Law072 Posted August 29, 2004 Share Posted August 29, 2004 i dont think there is a best style for self defense. it really depends on how one uses what he or she was taught in a street/self defense situation. with selfdefense its more of how you respond to a situation ,and how you use your skills under the pressure of that situation. dmoney101 Posted August 30, 2004 Share Posted August 30, 2004 aikido would be prttey good, because it use the opponents force against them. it's good against martial artist and street fighters. i also like muay thai because it would cause a lot of harm.
