Coolest move in sparring?

Picture a front kick that is sent out at an angle, and kicks a target that exists slightly past your shoulder kinda like a bicycle kick. Both instep and ball of foot work on this one, but you need a truckload of hip flexibility to bull this one off.

 

Some call it a twist kick.

The instep or ball of the foot - just like a round kick.

honestly, i think the coolest move in any spar or fight is the one that demolishes your opponent.

I think we have this one. We call it a "leg check"

 

I don't think leg-checks target the head.

Although, some of the practitioners in my class can get a leg check to chest level, I haven't seen one to the head. So perhaps we are still not talking about the same kick. So, I apologize, for I seem to not be able to fully understand what you are describing, although I am very much interested.
