torris Posted August 31, 2004 Share Posted August 31, 2004 As a TKD-ist, I agree with the above posters. Be careful and do your diligence when looking for a school. Our DoJang practices a very balanced blend of hand and foot strikes, but also grappling, and one steps. Very effective self-defense methods.
