xnfx
Hey what's up guys. Can anyone recomend some good elbow pads for sparring? Something good, but not too pricey? Thanks!
Luckykboxer
If you are practicing Elbows in sparring practice, your going to run out of training partners really quick. Elbows are brutal even with padding. I have always used feints when practicing against live people and have used dummys, bags etc to practice my elbows.. I dont know of any elbow pads specifically to use, but anything you use is going to be hard to keep on your elbows

That particular sparring would be done really light though, so not too bad. I've seen pictures of Alex Gong fighting another guy, both with elbow pads on. Looks like the regular volley ball foam kind. I'll try to find the pics. Thanks!
isshinryugurl
I would suggest having the person you are fighting wear a chest protector. Make'm cry or get disqualified. The more you sweat in the dojo, the less you bleed on the streets.
Shane
volley ball foam pads these are nice for making your sparring a bit more intense thats what I would look into. The price isnt going to be to crazy and those pads give a good amount of protections (for the one your hitting hahaha) A True Martial Arts Instructor is more of a guide than anything, on your way to developing the warrior within yourself!!!!!
