I started doing martial arts in 1973, probably because of Bruce Lee too. He was a little guy like me but was untouchable and unbelievably fit.

 

Now I don't even think about why I do it. I just love it and could not imagine life without it. And...I'm 48 and I can still do the pushups and the crunches and free spar with the best of the kids.

 

And I like hanging out with my own kids (both black belts) and my younger students, it keeps me feeling like a teenager.

I started Judo for the sport part. I'm hoping to become really good at it and have a good future with it. But at the same time I'm also getting a good work out and I'm learning some self-defence.

Studying, learning about martial arts is my passion, I love it evr since a child, its a family thing been doing it since i could walk lol, I want to be the best, i can be, and push myself even more.

I did it for exercise, self defense and self disaplen(i cant spell). But yea...and i wanted to ever since i was like 5
