krunchyfrogg Posted August 12, 2004 Posted August 12, 2004 I spend some time on https://www.baseballboards.com (a baseball site, all teams), and http://pub4.ezboard.com/btheovertime36660 (a Mets message board), as well as http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/index.php (which is about movies and DVDs). Red J Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 This is the only one for me. I had to lose my mind to come to my senses.
delta1 Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 I check out Martial Talk from time to time. But I almost never post there. Sometimes I will surf around and check other martial arts sites. But the ones I've seen are nowhere as near as well moderated as this one. And some are downright inane. Check out Century's forum sometime ( ). [ http://www2.centuryfitness.com/site.nsf/ma-view-all?OpenPage&ExpandView ] KF is the one! Like the guy from Boston said, "Why would I want to travel? I'm already here!" Freedom isn't free!
karatekid1975 Posted August 13, 2004 Posted August 13, 2004 I also visit MT, but not as much as here. I'm addicted to KF LOL. I also visit TSD forums from time to time (not much going on in those, though). Laurie F
krunchyfrogg Posted August 13, 2004 Author Posted August 13, 2004 I'm not trying to gauge what the best MA sites out there are. The reason for this thread (ultimately) is to get to know the other posters out there by seeing what their interests outside of the martial arts are. Threeboy (creator) is a good friend of mine. The crew has stopped making new comics, as they are working on launching the True Nuff book. You can still view the archives though. http://www.threeboy.net/forums Threeboy's personal site. We talk about gaming, life and computers here. I also post in my martial arts school's forum, but it is open to the students of Tong Moo Do only. I also go to Tung Fu Lounge, but I just read and rarely post.
